One St Peter’s Square
One St Peter’s Square (formerly Elisabeth House) is situated within one of the most significant areas of public realm in central Manchester, opposite St Peter’s Square, Central Library and the Town Hall Extension.
The redevelopment of the former home of the Dutch Pancake Company will more than double the size of the existing 1960s Elisabeth House block.
The BREEAM Excellent rated office building and retail development will be a 270,000 sq ft building and incorporate office floorplates of up to 22,500 sq ft.
The scheme will include a mix of uses at ground floor level, with cultural space for public exhibitions, as well as a stunning, double height reception, offering panoramic views across the proposed redeveloped St Peter’s Square, refurbished Central Library and Town Hall extension.
