New Wakefield Street

The New Wakefield Street development is a 33-storey student residential tower close to Oxford Street Station. The 520-bed tower will be built by developer Student Castle and its contractor partner Shepherd Construction and has been designed by Manchester-based Hodder and Partners.

The development is due for completion in 2012 and will become one of the tallest towers in Manchester.
