Mike Deegan

Mike is Chief Executive of Central Manchester & Manchester Children’s University Hospitals NHS Trust.

He is currently a member of the National Leadership Network and chairs its programme of work on local hospitals.

Throughout 2003-4 he chaired the Modernisation Agency Steering Group on behalf of the National Modernisation Board. Prior to his current appointment, he was Chief Executive of North Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust and led the merger of Warrington and Halton Hospitals.
